6 Actual colour may vary a little due to lightings/monitor resolution. Return and refund is not allow in such case of wrong expectation on colour, material type, material thickness or any.

7 Postage are wholly beared by respective buyers.

9 Orders of ready stock shall be shipped out within 3 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays and tracking numbers shall be informed thereafter.
现货会在收到货款的3个工作日寄出 (周一到周五), 除了假日, 然后会通知你的追踪单号.
10 PRE-ORDER items are direct-import. please allow 4-6weeks waiting time after last payment date. please understand that sometimes there might be a delay because of custom special checking or any other unforeseen circumstances. Pls order if comfortable for waiting.
预购货品是直接进口. 需要到最后付款日的4~6周的工作日才会到达. 因为是海运, 如果遇到海关查货, JTO-E就会联络你们. 请耐心等候.
11 Customer will get 100% refund if the item(s) that you ordered was out of stock (for pre-order). Any brand new item find out problems like wrong item or big different, pls inform JTO within 24 hours after goods received, postage fees will bear by buyer; otherwise will not be accepted.
在预购的部分, 如果厂商缺货或断货; 一律100%退款. 全新商品如有瑕疵或出货错误, 请于收到商品后的24小时内邮件或SMS联系JTO-E, 来回运费一律由买家承担负责, 逾期者一律不接受哦.
12 Once you have confirmed & paid for your order(s), no changes or cancellations are allowed.
买家下了单及汇款后, 不可以要求取消订单或退款.
13 Customers who have higher requests / perfect principle / rush time to get the stock / high demand on material and quality, suggested NOT to participant in pre-order to avoid unhappy situation as we do not have any
